Kubor Range & the Owen Stanley Range - 1300-3680m
Epithet - after a Mr. Yelliot, member of the Finisterre
Expedition on which this species was first collected.

Sabah: Crocker Range, Mt. Alab, Mt. Lumarku & Long
Pasia - 1500-2100m
Epithet - after Joseph Yong, former Director of the
Forest Dept. Sarawak.
